Legal Dispatch operates in a low-risk sector and thus we are able to do hand-deliveries in all areas with a risk factor up to and including level 4. Please ensure you always know what risk level your delivery area is classified as.
We want you to stay healthy so please ensure you adhere to the recommended safety precautions at all times. This is to protect yourself, your family, as well as the document recipients.
- Before handling documents and envelopes, please ensure that you wash your hands thoroughly with soap and running water.
- It is highly advisable that you keep hand sanitizer in your vehicle and use it regularly between deliveries, especially if coming into contact with anyone or obtaining signatures on your phone.
- Purchase self-sealing envelopes or use pritt glue to seal envelopes. Do not lick to seal!
- Always use a face mask in public.
- If you are in a high-risk category, that is, you have an underlying medical condition or are over the age of 60, it is recommended that you do not do deliveries at this time. Should you decide not to or be unable to do deliveries, please let us know.
- Please advise us if you exhibit any flu-like symptoms and stay at home. You may not deliver documents while ill as it could only increase the spread of the virus. Follow the guidelines prescribed by the government and seek medical assistance if you have trouble breathing.
